1. Terms & Conditions

• All digital certificates are issued after completing KYC and verification as per government norms.
• Orders placed are non-transferable and linked to the verified identity only.
• Customer must ensure correct information is submitted during application.
• Misuse of DSC is legally punishable under the IT Act.
• EasySign reserves the right to refuse or cancel any suspicious orders.
• Pricing and offers may change without prior notice.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.
• If the customer applies and changes their mind before DSC processing, a partial refund may be granted.
• No refund will be issued for incorrect details or rejected applications by Certifying Authorities.
• USB Tokens can be returned within 7 days only if unopened and unused, with original packaging.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Privacy Policy

• We collect your name, email, phone number, and documents only for DSC application purposes.
• Your information is kept strictly confidential and shared only with licensed Certifying Authorities.
• We do not sell or misuse your data under any circumstances.
• Our site uses secure protocols (HTTPS) for safe data transmission.
